Important settings on the Point of Sale page - match games to POS items

Once you’ve linked Drawbridge with your point of sale and game control, you’ll need to match the sale items to the game names.
On the left side, you will see story names from your game control. In the column right next to that, you’ll find a dropdown with all of your Point of Sale items. Match these together. You can add multiple POS stories to one game name, if needed.
The ‘Not a Game’ story can be used for items like birthday packages, conference room space, or other events that may be booked differently than normal games. When these are booked, they will get a game tile on the hosting page, but will need to be manually moved through the venue flow since there is no game attached to the booking.
Drawbridge Name is just a nickname for the story, it’ll change how it is displayed in our software.
Reset time is where you will set the maximum number of minutes that a reset should be taking in a game. Any time over this limit will be marked red and won’t be counted as a successful reset quiz.
Difficulty helps provide rebooking recommendations on the hosting page after a game. If a group succeeds in a game marked ‘least challenging’ it will recommend a harder game for next time. If they fail in a ‘moderate’ game, it will recommend an easier game for next time.
