Linking Humanity to Drawbridge for shift and staff information

Prerequisites

  • API key from Humanity

  • Admin username and password

  • App ID and Secret Token

Installation

Contact Humanity to enable an API key for your account. This may result in a fee from Humanity (typically $2/employee/month). Once you receive confirmation from Humanity, go to Drawbridge > Settings > Integrations > Humanity and paste the Humanity App ID and Humanity Secret Token into the fields provided. Drawbridge will need to use a humanity account with admin privileges to read information from your account. Enter that Humanity Username and Password on this page. Click the slider to enable integration and press save.

Configuration

Once integration with Humanity is successful, Drawbridge will pull the list of roles it finds and display them at the bottom of the page. Map the Roles in timekeeping settings to the correct Category to enable reports that calculate efficiency and other staff and venue performance data properly.
