Linking 7Shifts to Drawbridge for shift and staff information

Prerequisites
Admin account login information
Installation
Navigate to Drawbridge > Settings > Timekeeping > 7shifts and click the “Obtain API Key” button. It will take you to a login page. Once you log in, it will give you an API key. Copy that API key and return to the Drawbridge settings page.
Paste in the API key and click save
Select your company from the dropdown of companies on your account
Select your location
Select your department
Enable the integration
Configure roles
Configuration
Once integration with 7shifts is successful and enabled, Drawbridge will pull the list of roles it finds and display them at the bottom of the page. Map the Roles in timekeeping settings to the correct Category to enable reports that calculate efficiency and other staff and venue performance data properly.
The most important categories are Operations and Management, as these will count toward your staffing hours per game metric.
