Navigating Reports in Metabase
How to make the most of Drawbridge Reporting!

Once you have received an invite and created your Metabase account, your data is available and ready for you to view!
After logging in, you should see a list of Collections on the left—you may have to select the 3-bar icon in the top-left of the page. Select the Collection named for the venue you’d like to view data for.
Curated Reports
Within your location’s Collection are a few folders, each housing some pre-made dashboards and reports:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Owners
If you’re familiar with SQL queries and would like to create your own reports, make sure to create a new Collection—separate from these four—so that your custom reports aren’t lost in updates/changes we make.
Daily
The Daily Collection is where you can find your Closing Report.
Closing Report
This Dashboard is automatically delivered via email every morning at 6:00AM, giving a detailed overview of the previous day in-venue.
You can quickly get a look at how many games ran, which staff were involved, new or un-fixed maintenance tasks, reviews and rebookings earned, and more!
Weekly
The Weekly Collection holds the Weekly Scorecard and GameSense Detections Feedback Dashboards.
Weekly Scorecard
The Weekly Scorecard allows you to compare data over each of the last 12 weeks. There’s some financial/revenue-based reports—as well as data on the customer/guest perspective and staff performance. The Weekly Scorecard gets sent out every Monday at 6:00AM.
GameSense Detections Feedback
The GameSense Detections Feedback Dashboard displays the accuracy and efficiency of currently deployed GameSense Detections—according to Gamemaster Feedback (the thumbs-up/thumbs-down that appear after an Objective with GameSense closes).
Monthly
The Monthly Collection has our Monthly Report where you can compare recent data to months prior!
Monthly Report
This Dashboard is automatically sent out on the first calendar day of each month at 6:00AM. Like the Daily and Weekly dashboards, there is financial/revenue information, staff metrics, and info on the customer/guest experience.
Owners
The Owners Collection has a lot of reporting on your venue! These are mostly for insights and to let you see what is possible within our system!

Raw Data
If you would like to view your raw data, without any filters or queries:
Reopen the sidebar menu and scroll all the way down.
Click on “Databases” within the “Browse” drop-down.
Select your venue/location name.
Select the table you would like to view.
