Option within settings to drag & drop to change the display layout of the various tiles. This is so that we can move the ones that are most important to us to display more prominently, and hide any that are not in use.

Trigger things in the Device Tracking Feature?
Is it possible to add button functionality to the device tracking feature? I see the devices tracking feature in the settings of drawbridge. If I am understanding it correctly, it is designed to help gamemasters track the devices used in the current objective/puzzle. Is there any way we can add the ability for the gamemaster to click on that device and have the device trigger? If so, this can be used to prevent misclicking the wrong button on your screen.

Add hover-over descriptions to icons on overview and hosting pages
As a new user I’ve accidentally clicked the wrong button a number of times. My team have also been asking what icons mean as they are anxious not to break anything! A few examples below:

Ability to edit and delete items on Handyman Punch List
The function to edit or delete a handman punch list item. Some scenarios I can see this being useful: A mistake has been made Duplicate entry Test/accidental entry Ultimately some further options would be great also, such as: merging timestamped comments adding photos/CCTV screenshots log a specific sub-location within a room set status (In Progress, Scheduled, Waiting on parts, etc) assign to a user Although maybe that strays too far towards building a full CMMS 😉 We previously used MaintainX so I might be spoilt

Default the view to the integration that has already been setup
When opening the settings screen for Timekeeping & POS integrations, it would be great if you could default the view to whichever platform is already enabled, rather than first one on the list. I guess it’s unlikely that many venues will have more than one POS or Timekeeping system (with the exception of Groupon). It’s just a cosmetic improvement but I feel it would help to streamline the platform 🙂

Shift Reports- all employee ratings
When we go to make a shift report in the morning for the previous night’s closer, I would like to leave a review on that employee. When I get to the part where it wants me to leave a star rating for an employee, it only let’s me choose who is clocked in at that time. Can you make it so it shows all employees instead? So that I can choose the employee who closed the night before? Thanks!

Accidental Event Triggering Prevention
It would be extremely helpful to have a lockout timer for gamemaster-controlled events in Drawbridge. Currently, the top-right section of the game interface contains event buttons that the gamemaster is expected to trigger at specific moments. Because there’s no safeguard against accidental clicks, it’s easy to trigger an event too early, which makes our venue hesitant to utilize this feature. If there were a configurable timer that temporarily disables specific event buttons until a set amount of time has passed, it would greatly reduce accidental misinputs. Ideally, this lockout would apply only to the top-right event buttons and would not affect the objective list, since that section of the interface is already designed to minimize accidental activations.

Hosting Cameras Hub
The remote VPN is amazing, especially since it allows us to connect with nearly the same speed and responsiveness as being physically in the venue. One challenge we’ve noticed with working remotely, however, is keeping track of where everyone is in the venue at any given time. It would be extremely helpful to have an additional page similar to the Lobby page. In our venue, we’d likely call it something like “Hosting Cameras.” This page would display all of our rooms’ hosting TVs in one place, allowing us to see every room at a glance and easily track where each host is. This would be far more efficient than clicking into each individual room and searching for the host manually. A way to check off certain mini objectives would be helpful. So for example within the Ouija board objective, we could have a check box for finding the planchette. So we could check it off once they grab it, so when they ask for a hint if there’s been a game master change the next gamemaster knows they already found it, and they can focus on what they need help with. I can think of a use for this in most of the rooms so it would be very helpful.
