Manual Hint check off

The ability to complete hints manually to assist with autohint correct hint sending.

Example, if people have already put up the magnets for the 10 in 1 frames, we can (if we want and have time) complete the hint that says to put them up. I see this beneficial during 1 person ops with a game about to get out and 2 more in. We can rely on auto hint more to send the correct hint for where the group is, giving us a little more buffer to be away from the GM computer
