How to integrate Resova with Drawbridge to get booking information

Prerequisites

You will need the following

  • Admin username and password

  • Waiver URL

Installation

Drawbridge Setup

  1. Go to Resova settings in Drawbridge

    1. Settings → Integrations → Point of Sale → Resova

  2. Fill in admin login credentials and waiver URL

  3. Click save

    1. This will connect to your Resova account and begin syncing bookings.

  4. Map each of your games to a column in Resova

  5. If you have any event bookings, you can map those to not-a-game.

  6. You can also set a Drawbridge-specific display name and set the expected reset time.

Resova Setup

We also support Resova webhooks in order to sync Resova data in realtime. The webhook will send an update as soon as you change information within Resova to Drawbridge, ensuring data is always up to date!

  1. Go to your Resova settings page

  2. Click on Webhooks

  3. Add your location’s webhook URL (contact support if you need this)

    1. https://{venue}webhooks.drawbridgeai.app

    2. e.g. https://columbiawebhooks.drawbridgeai.app

  4. Make sure the webhook is enabled!

    1. If the icon is red, the webhook is not turned on and will not run.
