I just added a new game to my venue, how do I make sure it displays correctly in Drawbridge?

You’ll need to link the game to the Point of Sale item that it is sold under. You’ll match these under Point of Sale settings in Drawbridge.

What is GameSense?

GameSense is our camera puzzle detection system! Using the cameras in your escape rooms, we can track where players are in the game. The camera will autocomplete objectives as players progress through the room, which allows game masters to know exactly what puzzle they’re working on and what hint they need. GameSense ensures that the autohint popup is always on the correct objective. This helps to reduce hint response times and makes sure hints are accurate to what players are doing in the room. How do I access Drawbridge remotely?

To access Drawbridge from anywhere, you’ll need to use a VPN and a different URL than you use in the venue. More info about this can be found here.

I’ve been using Drawbridge for a while, but now I want to add my timekeeping app. How does that work?

If you are moving from using a manual list of employees to one provided through an integrated app, you’ll end up with duplicate employees. Remove the employees that were added manually and add nicknames (under reviews in settings) to the ones imported by timekeeping, if needed.
