Drawbridge can count rebookings and attribute them to employees in real time

In order to pull the correct number of rebookings, the codes used in the POS system can take a few different forms. The name must match the employee name as shown in Drawbridge or be listed as an alternate spelling.

Acceptable rebooking code formats:

Please note that while NAME is capitalized, Drawbridge is not case-sensitive. Also, % means any non letter character (i.e. 0-9, -, *, &, %, $, etc.)

  2. %NAME

  3. NAMErebook% or NAMEreplay%

  4. rebookNAME% or replayNAME%

  5. rebook-NAME% or replay-NAME%
