Track Physical Resets

This checkbox is automatically selected. This splits a game reset into 2 pieces, the game controller being reset and the physical room being reset. If the game control gets reset at the beginning or middle of a physical reset, the game will not move into the next up or idle column until the physical reset button is clicked. This can help avoid confusion on if the game is actually ready for customers or is still being reset. It also allows for timed resets with the game controller being cycled during the reset.

Start Reset Timer with Game Control Reset

This checkbox will not be applicable unless game control gets cycled at the beginning of a reset. For venues that use the hint button to reset their game at the beginning of a reset, this will start the timer for a timed reset when the game control cycles.

The flow for a reset this way would be to walk into the game, press the hint button, reset the physical game, and then use the physical reset button to stop the timer and finish the reset.

Global Hints

Global hints appear in the ‘custom hint’ menu for each game in the venue. This can be any hint that applies to all games.

Translations

Add any possible languages for hint translations here. This will add them as an option on the dropdown that appears on the Game Master page. If the language is selected, the hints will be translated using ChatGPT and sent to players in the room.
